My fitness journey has been up and down. I have a hard time with consistency and focus. I also have a wrist injury that makes certain exercises hard.
Billie helped me make progress during the pandemic where it is hard to be motivated while at home. She would check in every week and help adjust my goals to be attainable. She also tailored my workouts around my wrist injury and gave me some workouts to strengthen my wrist. I got so excited to see real improvement through pictures!
Billie is knowledgeable and motivating. I highly recommend using Billie to help you on your fitness journey wherever you are on it!

When I met Billie I was going from a full-time active duty military member of 14 years to stay-at-home wife. I needed someone to help guide me into this next phase in my life, in the most healthy and open-minded way possible, and to help me to set myself up for success. She not only did this through her accountability checks, but also in her support of my individual way of achieving my goals. Billie helped me set up a meal plan and a workout regimen that I absolutely love, and my husband can defiantly see a difference, and this was all in the first two weeks!
Billie listens to you and really has a way of pushing you to move yourself forward in life and I am so grateful to have her on my Team!!

Wow! Where do I even start. I was lost had no confidence, and nothing was changing. I was finally tired of feeling that way so, I reached out to Billie. She listened to my goals and my emotions. She came up with the best routine for me. Having someone really listen to you and working with that, is really hard to come by. If it weren't for Billie I would probably still be stuck. "Before I started training with Billie, I was so frustrated mainly with my lack of energy, motivation, and accountability. I would go to the gym and do 30 minutes of cardio on and off for months. I knew how to work with weights, but just couldn't get back into a routine and this time I just felt stuck! I finally thought to myself, I need help, momentum, accountability. I needed some help to get me back on track and strength in my body and mind again.
